Injection Moulding Machines

State of the art machines and ancillary equipment is what we believe is needed to produce quality product for our customers, that is why we have heavily invested and continue to invest in the most up to date plant. Over the last 8 years we have completely replaced all our injection moulding machines to take advantage of all machine improvements and advances.

Today we operate 16 injection moulding machines ranging from 25 tonne to 480 tonne locking force, with a mix of direct or toggle lock to ensure the ultimate control of our processing. Our investment into robotics cells not only protect our clients product from damage but gives exact and constant machine cycles thereby controlling the quality of each part.

Machines and tools that are not operating robotics or hot runner systems have new conveyor systems with sprue separators to allow constant recycling of scrap materials, not only keeping to the cost down but helping the environment.
